 Sioux City, IA – Innovative Benefit Consultants, a newly formed company specializing in employee benefits, recently located its new offices in the Egralharve Building at 1119 Historic 4th Street. The new company specializes in providing services that include group health insurance, life, dental, disability insurance, and long-term care policies. Innovative Benefit Consultants also specializes in alternate funding arrangements such as HSAs, partial self-funded, and self-funded plans.
Stuart Lee, RHU, PAHM, owner and president of Innovative Benefit Consultants, has more than 14 years of experience in the health insurance and employee benefits business. Lee is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters and has been honored with the Golden Eagle award, an award only given to the top health insurance writers in the country. Danna Oveson joins Lee as an account manager for IBC and will be focused on customer service. Oveson has 11 years of experience in the insurance business, working 6 years in claims and customer service for an insurance carrier and 5 years as an account coordinator at an independent broker. As an independent broker, Innovative Benefit Consultants has the advantage of shopping the various insurance carriers and TPAs to ensure the most competitive plan for their clients. In addition, IBC will work with their clients to develop wellness and prevention initiatives with a focus on keeping employees healthy and health care costs down. Their Physicians Advocate program, an innovative and exclusive program providing physician’s assessments for the carriers, will also help to lower health care costs to their clients.
