As an independent broker, we have the advantage of shopping the various insurance carriers and TPAs to ensure the most competitive plan for our clients. In addition, we work with our clients to develop wellness and prevention initiatives with a focus on keeping employees healthy and health care costs down. Our Physicians Advocate program, an innovative and exclusive program provides physician’s assessments for the carriers, which also helps to lower health care costs for our clients.
Stuart Lee, RHU, PAHM, owner and president of Innovative Benefit Consultants, has more than 19 years of experience in the health insurance and employee benefits business. Stuart is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters and has been honored with the Golden Eagle award, an award only given to the top health insurance writers in the country.
Danna Henningfeld is an account manager for IBC and focuses on customer service. She has 16 years of experience in the insurance industry, working 6 years in claims and customer service for an insurance carrier and 10 years as an account manager.
Jacki Kilstrom is an account manager and also works with IBC Administrators on Sections 105 and 125 administration. Jacki has over 22 years of experience in employee benefits and insurance.
